Late nights and early mornings in the kitchen are where most ideas are born. After more than 17 years cooking in the area, Chef Jay Stone wanted to build something fun, bold, and familiar, but with his own twist. Tacos are a Texas staple that never go out of style, and with a deep love for Asian flavors, the idea naturally evolved into pairing tacos with bao. Add creative bowls and a few chef driven sides, and Punk’s was born.
